Products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Print settings and technical values are shown only after we verify them. Results depend on your printer, settings and environment, so test the material before using it for critical parts.

Prices and payment

Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order. Payment is taken at checkout.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a price was shown in error. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund the full amount.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered by our Shipping policy. Returns are covered by our Refund and return policy.

Use of products

You are responsible for using our products safely and as intended, including correct printing temperatures, ventilation and storage.

Liability

To the extent allowed by UAE law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
